With a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, Harrington Farm has implemented several initiatives designed to protect natural resources, reduce material waste and levels of pollution, and promote green energy.

• The Farm is fully powered by wind energy from Princeton’s two 1.5mw wind turbines.
• Menu items are sourced from trusted local vendors and Harrington Farm’s on-site organic garden.
• To minimize the volume of paper waste, cotton linens are used throughout the venue’s kitchens, dining rooms and restrooms.
• Many venue furnishings have been designed using reclaimed and re-purposed materials.
• Harrington Farm actively composts on-site and all cardboard and paper are recycled locally.
