Yes, we have four locations for you to choose from: the pond patio with arbor, the bluestone patio, in front of our fieldstone fireplace, and under our custom made sailcloth Sperry tent.

Yes, our custom made sailcloth Sperry tent is the perfect location for your guests to mingle during cocktail hour as they enjoy a drink from the bar, and nibble on stationary and passed hors d’oeuvres. The tent is heated, lit and outfitted with lounge furniture, high top tables and café tables.

The seating capacity for the Harrington Farm is 220 guests in the same room and on the same level in the Barn. We have multiple areas for dinner and/or cocktails including the Barn, Sail Cloth Tent and Blue Stone Patio.

Our Schedule.

• Friday Schedule Events may start any time, but have to be completed by 11:00 p.m. There is a 60 adult guest minimum.
• Saturdays Schedule Times Available:Daytime – 11:00 a.m. up to 4:30 p.m. 125 person minimum.
  Evening – 6:00- p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.- 11:30 p.m. 150 adult guest minimum.
• Sunday Schedule Choose any five hours between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. 100 person minimum.

Exception Holiday weekends when Saturday times will apply. Off Peak Periods From November 1st until April 30th substantial off season discounts are available for the same superior quality events.

Harrington Farm is an exclusively private facility. We will only host one event at a time.

Yes, we have a special area where you can prepare for your ceremony in private.

Yes, we offer a formal photo room as well as our breathtaking country backdrop.

Please contact the sales office to discuss menu options. At the time of your appointment with us, we go over all your package features, menus for your event, and tour our facility. If after viewing this package you feel some additional items may be needed to satisfy your needs, the sales office can supply you with menus and pricing information for any add-ons. Our chef is available for help in customizing your specific menu needs. If a menu option needs to be changed, that is an opportunity for suggestions from our staff to help assure your specific needs are met.

As a Harrington Farm couple, you are invited to attend one of our complimentary tastings before making your meal selections.

Yes, our Executive Chef Wendy Rennie is available to answer any questions you may have and is always happy to customize a menu for you.

Yes, you may offer your guests a choice beforehand or you may elect to choose our A la Carte menu option where your guests will order at the reception.

Harrington Farm offers many options for beverage service at a variety of price points to satisfy the needs of any event. Your final decision is required three weeks before your event date.

We proudly serve Wachusett Beer as a standard offering.

Harrington Farm does not charge a bartender fee with our wedding packages.

We staff one server for every twenty guests and one bus person for every two servers.

One - 6 ft. table will be provided for the DJ. Additional tables can be rented or be provided by your vendor.

We have several vendors we can recommend to you, however you are not obligated to hire these professionals.

We recommend hotels in the area, all within 15-30 minutes of Harrington Farm.

Harrington Farm requires a non-refundable $1000 deposit along with a signed contract to secure a date.

Everything on your final invoice is subject to 18% Administration Fee and 6.25% Massachusetts state tax. Hosted bars are the exception and are subject to 14% gatuity, 4% administration fee and 6.25% Massachusetts state tax. The Administrative Fee does not represent a tip or service charge for employees, service staff, or bartenders

You may arrive one hour prior to your ceremony to either take photos together on the grounds, or spend that time separately in our spacious yet charming bridal suite for those finishing touches and to enjoy some time with friends and family before saying “I do”. On Friday, Saturday daytimes, some Saturday evenings and most Sundays you have the option for an early arrival package complete with a Harrington Farm attendant, food and drink.
