What does the “All Inclusive” Package include?

Harrington Farm offers a comprehensive wedding package that covers all essentials for hosting a complete reception. This package includes exclusive use of the venue, a wedding specialist, five hour reception with cocktail hour, an open bar, exquisite menu options, elegant linens, and more. You can further customize your event by adding or upgrading food, beverages, and decor on an a la carte basis.

Are there facilities available for the wedding party before and during the event?

The Farmhouse can be rented as early as 9:00AM for pre-wedding preparations. It includes four large ready rooms, three bathrooms, a downstairs lounge, and an assorted cheese platter and sparkling wine.

Can I hold my ceremony on-site?

Yes, we have a dedicated area for ceremonies with an elegant arbor that can be reserved for an additional fee.

Do you provide corporate and social packages?

Yes, Harrington Farm offers packages for both corporate and social events. These packages include exclusive access to the venue, professional service staff and culinary team, plated dinner service, and more. Contact us for detailed package information.

What is the contingency plan for outdoor events in case of bad weather?

If an outdoor ceremony becomes impractical due to weather conditions, the cocktail hour and ceremony can take place in the Barn. Our team is skilled at transforming indoor spaces seamlessly to suit the occasion.

Is there an event planner available for wedding day coordination?

At Harrington Farm, we have dedicated professionals to assist with booking, planning, and hosting your event. You will have a designated specialist who will meet with you beforehand to ensure your event runs smoothly and take care of any last minute needs.

Which areas of the property are handicapped accessible?

The Barn and outside areas are all ADA compliant.

Is there sufficient parking available for guests?

Harrington Farm offers ample on-site parking with five ADA-accessible spots.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors for services like florals and entertainment?

Yes, we provide a list of recommended vendors for photography, florals, entertainment, lodging, and more. While these are suggestions and not mandatory, any non-recommended vendors must provide proof of insurance and may need to submit a damage security deposit.

Will other events be scheduled on the same day as ours?

Harrington Farm is committed to hosting only one event at a time, ensuring you have exclusive use of the property on your special day.

Is there audio equipment available for speeches?

Audio equipment is provided by your band or DJ with ample outlets available.

Can lighting be customized?

The lighting in the Barn ballroom uses a dimmer switch. Any additional lighting must be approved and installed by an approved professional.

Are there any restrictions on decorations or use of candles?

While we aim to create your ideal setting, all decorations must be safe and not obstructive to staff. Candles are allowed as long as they are fully enclosed. 

Can couples participate in a pre-reception tasting?

Yes. Couples receive complimentary tickets to “A Taste of Harrington Farm,” allowing them to sample our cuisine and plan their menu. This event is usually held on a weekday twice a year to allow time for the wedding couple to be able to select their menu. If these dates do not suit your schedule, private tastings can be arranged for an additional fee.

How do you accommodate guests with food allergies?

Our culinary team will work closely with you to provide safe and delicious options for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Are vegan and vegetarian menu options available?

Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes that can be customized according to your preferences.

What are the meal options for children?

Our culinary team offers child-friendly meals such as chicken tenders, grilled cheese, and french bread pizza. Please request our kids menu for more details.

Can couples personalize their menu selections?

Yes, couples can tailor their menu choices at Harrington Farm.

What is your cancellation policy?

While we hope to host your special event, we understand plans may change. Depending on when you cancel, Harrington Farm will refund between 75% and 25% of the total event cost.

When is a deposit required and when is final payment due?

An initial deposit is required at booking to secure your date. Subsequent deposits are due twelve months, six months, and ten days before your event.
