With nearly two decades of experience, I have been proud to be part of Harrington Farm since 2005. I started my career as a server and quickly became immersed in the operations and culture of the venue, transitioning into a wedding planner and office assistant in 2012. My deep passion for creating unforgettable events and attention to detail led me to become the General Manager in 2022.

I grew up in the restaurant industry, where my parents owned and operated a local restaurant for many years. The hands-on experience I gained in my family’s business instilled in me a strong work ethic, an understanding of customer service, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments—skills that have been invaluable in my role at Harrington Farm.

As General Manager, I bring a wealth of knowledge about Harrington Farm’s unique spaces, offering clients a seamless experience from start to finish. I thrive on helping couples celebrate the happiest day of their lives, ensuring every moment is as perfect as they envisioned. Whether it’s managing event logistics, assisting with last-minute needs, or resolving unexpected challenges (like a dress emergency!), my resourcefulness and calm under pressure are key to my success.

When I’m not overseeing events, I enjoy spending time with my family, my cats, and indulging in my love for reading and crafting. I also cherish quiet moments by the lake near my home, where I can unwind and recharge.

This quote perfectly captures my approach to cooking: infusing every dish with heart, creativity, and intention. For me, food isn’t just sustenance—it’s a medium for creating experiences, building connections, and telling stories that linger in the memory.

My journey began with a Culinary Arts degree from Kendall College, where I laid the foundation for my craft. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the industry’s best, refining my skills and leadership in kitchens across a diverse range of establishments. As the Executive Chef at Tommy Bahama Restaurant in Sandestin, Florida, I developed a reputation for innovative cuisine and elevating guest experiences. My earlier roles, including Sous Chef at Morton’s Steakhouse, allowed me to master high-pressure, high-volume environments while building a deep respect for teamwork and precision.

In my current role as Executive Chef at Harrington Farm, I bring a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to the table. I take pride in designing menus that not only delight the palate but also tell a story, thoughtfully crafted to resonate with the tastes and experiences of my guests. Leading and mentoring a team of culinary professionals is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work, and I thrive on fostering an environment where creativity and excellence are celebrated.

When I’m not in the kitchen, I love exploring new cuisines and traveling to discover fresh inspiration. Whether experimenting with recipes at home or finding new perspectives in the great outdoors, I’m always seeking ways to bring soul and connection to every aspect of my life and work.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working in every department at Harrington Farm. This comprehensive journey has equipped me with an intimate understanding of the building’s systems, operations, and the nuances that make each event unique. My path has been one of curiosity and growth, as I’ve taken on roles that allowed me to master everything from logistics to hospitality.

In my current role as Operations Manager, I bring a depth of experience and a proactive leadership style to ensure every event runs smoothly. My ability to anticipate challenges and adapt solutions keeps the Harrington Farm standard consistently exceptional. I thrive on collaboration, empowering my team to execute with precision and purpose, always keeping our clients’ visions at the forefront.

Outside of work, I find joy in life’s simpler pleasures—spending time with family, a quiet morning fishing, or maintaining the perfect lawn. These hobbies keep me grounded and provide a space to reflect and recharge, bringing balance and perspective to my work and life.

Every couple deserves a celebration that reflects their unique love story, and I take pride in being their guide, resource, and unwavering support to create an effortlessly beautiful and unforgettable day.

My professional journey began with a passion for helping others, which I honed through a certificate and Associate’s degree in Human Services from Mount Wachusett Community College. Although wedding planning wasn’t in my original plan, the skills I gained shaped the care and dedication I bring to every couple’s special day. Over nearly a decade at Harrington Farm, I’ve gained invaluable experience in various roles, crafting seamless and meaningful wedding experiences.

In sales and event planning, I’ve found my purpose. With deep industry knowledge, exceptional organization, and a responsive, uplifting approach, I thrive on making meaningful connections and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and delivering stress-free, memorable celebrations.

Beyond work, I cherish time with family and friends, staying active, and nurturing my creative side through painting and ceramics. These passions enrich my role as a sales and events specialist, where I bring creativity and attention to detail to every wedding I plan. I’m committed to making a positive impact on both the couples I work with and the community I serve.

After earning my degree in Business Administration, focusing on Marketing Management and Economics from Elmira College, I embarked on a rewarding journey in the wedding industry. Over the past 15 years, I have honed my skills and expertise, evolving into a seasoned wedding planner and coordinator at Harrington Farm. My career has been marked by countless milestones, from orchestrating intimate gatherings on Nantucket to grand celebrations throughout the northeast, each leaving a lasting impression on my clients and their guests.

In my current role at Harrington Farm, I bring a blend of creativity, organization, and personal touch to every wedding I plan. My approach is all about collaboration and innovation, ensuring that each wedding is not only beautiful but also uniquely tailored to the couple’s vision. I strive to create an atmosphere where love and joy can shine through every detail.

Outside of my professional life, I reside locally and enjoy managing a household full of boys—my wonderful husband, our two sons, and our dog Dillon. When I’m not busy planning weddings, you’ll find me with my headphones on immersed in a good book, exploring new learning opportunities, or enjoying the great outdoors. My family and I cherish every moment spent together, whether it’s a quiet evening at home or an adventurous day out.
